File Preparation

To properly print a photograph its good to size the file prior to sending it to us. If a print isn't the proper size ratio it could crop the photo taking out important information in the background as well as it might take out people. Once the image is sent to us we cannot adjust the crop. If you don't have a photo editor at home you can always use a free online photo editor or using the crop feature on our online ordering system.

Preparing a file for printing is good to check the resolution. If your file is a low resolution your prints will appear pixelated. Which is more apparent in low light situations. Review the chart below to make sure your files are the proper size for the print size.

*If you don't see your intended size on the chart please refer to the closest size larger than your intended size.
